We believe everyone's thoughts and opinions are important in the kingdom of God even when they do not reflect our own. The way of spiritual growth includes discussing ideas that include more than our own way of thinking.

The people of Heart of Christ Restoration Outreach Ministries, and R.I.O. are dedicated to teaching the word of God truthfully and honestly chapter by chapter and verse by verse. We don't believe you should EVER take us at our words or our opinions and encourage you to search out these matters for yourself. Discussing the words that you read and hear and studying them out for yourself will not only help you to grow spiritually, it will also give you confidence in your ability to receive revelation from God, increase your faith in him, and help you reach your full potential in the Body of Christ. We are also strong in artistic Ministries as you will discover in our "arts" section. We strongly encourage biblical self expression through the use of the creativity God placed inside of us. This DOES include ministering in Dance, Flag, Paintings, Photography, Drama, Sign Language, and Music. We do not desire to Limit God. We also teach financial freedom and striving to be debt free. It is our strong belief that God does not desire us to be slaves to our finances and the interest charges that are imposed upon us by our creditors. While it can be very difficult to do, financial freedom is a worthwhile and biblical goal. We believe strongly in treating eachother with Love, Mercy, and Grace and not judging one another from their outward appearances. God loves us for who we are, where we are and we have absolutely no right to impose our opinions on others. Everyone should feel free to discuss with others their opinions and beliefs without feeling ridiculed or condemned. We have created online meetings and forums to encourage interaction and sharing within the Body of Christ. People have grown used to sitting quietly and having no opinion of their own. It is time for change. It is time for great revelation. God is tired of Religion, are you?

Heart of Christ Restoration Outreach Ministries is an official and legal organization that is recognized in the State of Ohio. We have found that the Bible speaks very plainly about having leaders and what their responsibilities include. Most importantly, we believe that God places people in the Body of Christ to fulfill certain tasks. This occurs naturally and you should always feel free to be who God has made you and not who we think we should be. For more information about leadership and the Body of Christ, please see the study notes pertaining to the subject. The "official" leadership is as follows. Please rest assured that we are always looking for those that God would place in different leadership positions. If you feel called to a certain area of Ministry in the Body of Christ, we would love to hear from you.

God has given us so many gracious and wonderful gifts. This website has expanded beyond our original vision and has become a blessing to many. We will be adding study articles every month and our discussions will continue to change. We will be adding photos soon, if you would like to include a few. This website is an outreach to our family of believers around the world. We look forward to getting to know all of you. May God continue to bless you and keep you. I will be taking a break from major updates for the month. There will not be as much updates next month. I encourage you to read over and study the articles that are currently available.
