Spiritual Photographic Creations by: Jennifer Williams

I've been very busy working on some of my photographs and publishing them to a website call Fan Art Review. I have been doing well with this. It seems as though many people are seeing light and the wonders of GOd's work and his light through these works. It truly is a ministry of the Lord. After all, a picture is worth a thousand words. My heart deeply aches for the arts to be used to glorify God. He is in everything around us.

The first image I have entitled Found. It was a tiny little image, no bigger than the size of my hand. When it is enlarged you can see the amazing beauty and texture that God has created. It reminds me that even though things may seem lifeless God is there and is working in our lives. If he can take such great care for lost and forgotton articles such as these, what do we have to fear?

The second image is entitled "Iced Shrubs". On a winter afternoon, I slid across the sidewalk to find this pair of shrubs, enrobed in ice. Something that is seemingly dead in the winter months, is wrapped in royalty. It's almost as though this small shrub is wrapped in diamonds and it's partner is dusted with the glitter of heaven. The Lord surrounds us daily with His majesty.

THis piece is entitled "Untouched Hope". This is by far one of my favorites. You see sometimes you must go through the darkness to reach the light. You may have to go to a place where you have never been to reach God's plan and purpose for your life.

"PINK SPLASH". This is one of those moments that is truly a gift from God. He paints beautiful pictures across the sky for us to see his Glory and Majesty. It is moments like these that there is no doubt that He is out there and that he loves us. He cares enough about us to paint a beautiful picture that only we will see. It lasts for only a moment and the is gone.

This one is called "DUST". This is actually a highly altered fantasy piece. (It's amazing what you can do with a computer and a camera) I've created this picture from an evergreen bush at a drive-thru window. It occurred to me that God is there in the smallest things, in the most mundane way. He was there giving life to this simple bush. There is more going on in our world than we realize. There is a whole other dimension that many cannot see and do now want to know about. This is simply an example of God's invisible workings.
